Oh, Dr. Seuss. I can't get enough. And clearly neither can anyone else. That's why Random House Children's Books and Dr. Seuss Enterprises have launched Seussville.com, the official online home of Theodor Seuss Geisel's beloved world.
The new interactive website highlights many of the well-known books created by Dr. Seuss, including "The Cat in the Hat," "Green Eggs and Ham," and "Oh, the Places You'll Go!" among countless others.
The site features both entertaining and educational platforms that will delight fans young and old. Offerings include animated environments, games, character guides, a book catalog and a section dedicated specifically to the life and creative genius of Dr. Seuss.
But that's not all (of course it's not. When Dr. Seuss is involved, the discoveries never end). Random House has partnered with L.A.-based Big Bad Tomato to create a facebook game, which allow players to gain votes by completing themed activities. So, what's the goal? To become mayor of Seussville, of course. The game will debut in September.
