![]() I hadn't thought about it in years, and I have to tell you I don't remember too much about it – aside from the fact that it's a zany showcase of all things pickle – but the minute I saw the image I recognized this much-loved tale. I really hope she has the book still – evidently it's hard to find. (If she does, a longer post will follow.) I did find it on Amazon.com for $45 new – wow. And through my harried Google search, I have put together that it was first published in 1980 by Parents Magazine Press, which I gather is no longer around. Want to hear something funny?
