RECALL ALERT The Learn-Around Playground Activity Center from LeapFrog Enterprises Inc. is being recalled due to reports that a child’s arm can become caught in the activity center’s plastic tube. The multicolored plastic toy includes an alphabet panel, musical keyboard and “smart” book, among other features. To avoid accidents around your home, make sure that you are using appropriate furniture, anchor it to the wall or floor, push the TV as far back as possible, keep electrical cords out of reach of children and remove items (like the remote) that encourage kids to climb.
