Less than seven months after opening, Pretend City President Pam Shambra welcomed the 100,000th visitor to the Irvine children's museum at 12:36 p.m Saturday. With a parade, balloon drop and key to the city, Harold and Alma Copenhefer of Costa Mesa,  along with daughters, Rebecca and twins Rosy and Roxy Rubio, were treated like royalty at a surprise celebration.
