![]() Amy Roczey and Danielle Weiler > What makes your MOMS Club unique? We have such a variety of women in our club, from different backgrounds and life experiences. Some work full time, some work part time, some are full-time stay-at-home moms, but everyone makes an effort to be involved. We have so much to learn from each other, and we have so much to give to each other and to the community. > What is your most memorable moment while being involved in your MOMS Club? Doing the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Walk. We have one member who passed away last year from breast cancer and one member who is in remission. > How many members are there presently? 47 > When was the club founded? March 1999 > What event, weekly meeting or regular activity do the members really look forward to? Moms’ Night Out! > What events do you have planned for November? In November, we have the Orange County Walk to Remember, the Sunkist Tour and Thanksgiving baskets for the needy. We have a fun variety of events. > What is the best part about being involved in a MOMS Club? To know you are not alone. To know that you are surrounded by a group of women sharing your same experiences, good and bad. To have that support system – whether you need to laugh, cry, talk or just not be alone – is priceless. And your children have an instant group of friends that they can learn from and grow up with.
