We have something planned nearly every day for different playgroups that take place at a local park or a mom’s home. >How many members are there? 75 > What is the best part about being involved in a MOMS Club? It’s one of the best ways to meet other moms in the community who are just like you. > What weekly event or special gathering do the members look forward to? I would say it’s the moms’ night out. It’s a great way for moms to plan a night out with friends, while Daddy babysits. > What makes your MOMS Club unique? We are a large group, but we also are a strong one with close personal ties. > What events do you have planned for February and March? We are planning a watermelon-picking day at Tanaka Farms and will participate in the Walk for Autism Now fundraiser to raise money for research in autism. > What kind of local efforts does your club get involved in? We participate in many charitable service projects. Recently, we held a food drive at a local family shelter called We Care. >What is your most memorable moment while being involved in your MOMS Club? I love all the great friends I’ve met in my neighborhood and the friends that my daughter has made and will one day go to school with.
