“What is your favorite camp memory?” The following thoughts are from fifth-graders from Ms. Stephanie Davidson's class at Newport Coast Elementary School: “My favorite memory at camp was a water balloon fight. It was awesome.” Bella, 11 “My favorite memory at camp was when I first got up on my surfboard.” Leora, 11 “My most memorable and enthusiastic moment at camp was while I was rowing. A huge, gigantic, amazing bass jumped over the boat and about one gallon of water went all over me.” Jameson, 10 “My definite favorite memory of camp was when I learned how to ride a horse.  I was scared but after I tried it, I absolutely loved it!” Fer, 12 “My favorite camp memory was when I fed the giraffes.” Lexi, 11 “My favorite camp memory was when I went to math camp. I learned about fractions, area and volume.” Jonathan, 10 “My favorite memory was when we went to the beach and caught a big wave with a funny face, my hair sticking straight up and a big smile.” Preston, 11 My favorite memory at camp was when I saw a family of cute squirrels.” Alec, 10 “My most favorite memory at camp was when I went to Disneyland. We went on rides and stayed there until midnight and watched a parade.” Sabrina, 10 “My favorite memory at camp was jumping off the Balboa Pier.
