Attorney Rachel Burch is the mother of a 7-month-old and serves as general counsel for two related companies.
   
“I handle all litigation and product recalls; I manage outside counsel and review and revise all types of contracts and agreements,” says Burch.
   
She has found the most special moments in places she didn’t necessarily expect. “I love the quiet time in the middle of the night when both me and my husband get up to feed and change our son,” she says.
   
“I always knew that I wanted to be a lawyer, and I assumed that I would also have a family. But I didn’t have that drive that many women have to be a mother,” she says. “And now that I have my son ... my priority is my family.”
