Q: What has been your biggest mistake? With some product launches, we failed to keep adding and refreshing the line. These items grew stale, and in some cases became tired and failed.
Q: What was your “Ah-ha!” moment – the moment you knew you had something special? We soon noticed that the soap was paying the rent in our store month after month. We knew we were on to something big.
Q: Where is your product sold? Gift, specialty and beauty retailers Such as Ulta and Fred Segal. Also, high-end grocery and supermarkets like Whole Foods.
Q: What resources did you use to get your business going? We had some help in the beginning from the Small Business Administration.
