This summer, we traveled to the Pacific Northwest for a family vacation. As well as staying in hotels in downtown Vancouver and Seattle, we stayed in the woods in a rented caravan with an outdoor shower. But everyone’s favorite was three nights on an 1930s boat off the coast of Vancouver Island. Originally belonging to Al Capone, the boat was so much fun to hang out on and made for a very memorable trip for our son Gabriel, 7.
