A weeks-old baby was left in a bathroom stall at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Anaheim Friday night, police said.
The little girl – believed to be less than a month old – was found by a parishioner at 7:20 p.m. at the church on N. Janss Street at Lincoln Avenue.
No one in the parish, or the priests at the church, recognized the baby, police said. The infant is healthy and in custody at the Orange County Social Services.
Police are looking for the person who left the baby. Anybody with information can call Anaheim police at (714) 765-1578.
