The First Congregation Church’s School Programs is a Christian-based pre-school, kindergarten and summer camp (June through September). Each program is designed to provide a Christian atmosphere in which children can learn and grow. We use the A Beka Books Christian Curriculum, which stresses a back-to-basics approach to teaching.

Established to provide an educational alternative to traditional daycare programs, First School Montessori furnishes high-quality education and activities to children ages 2 to 6. Children at First School learn at a pace developed to match their abilities and motivations, and we teach each child as a unique individual. Children in our program learn to think for themselves, rather than rely on rote memorization.

Montessori Greenhouse is dedicated to the holistic nurturing and development of children who learn to think for themselves. We offer a gifted program for children as young as 2 months old, through grade 6. We also have a Los Alamitos location. Daycare is available 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Serving the community for more than 40 years, Newport Montessori School encourages toddlers, primary-school and elementary-school children to work and learn at their own pace while developing a love of learning. Our mission at Niguel Children’s Center is to provide high-quality preschool and childcare programs in a safe, loving environment. Our goal at Rainbow Kids is to offer a happy and safe environment for children, an environment that will stimulate cognitive, social, emotional and physical growth. Our curriculum is rooted in our young students’ interests, and we develop activities based on our observations of these interests.

Affiliated with the Taft Avenue Community Church, The Children’s House offers a meticulously designed program that stresses physical, emotional, cognitive and spiritual development. We offer part- and full-time programs for children ages 2 through kindergarten. Our goal is to provide a Christian framework in which a child can grow.
