Kayak enthusiasts appreciate Huntington Harbour for its serenity, abundant wildlife and calm waters. Rentals are available for a nominal fee at a small beach bordering a channel alongside Pacific Coast Highway. The shop offers mostly sit-on-tops; sometimes open late in the evening by pre-arrangement.

Sunset Beach offers many activities, such as basketball and volleyball courts, bike trails, picnic areas, surfing, swimming, fishing and a playground for the whole family to enjoy. Hours: 7 a.m.-10 p.m.
