Materials
• Yarn
• Large pompom maker
• Scissors
• Plastic wiggly eyes
• Foam St. Patrick’s Day stickers
• Chenille stems
• Tacky glue
Procedure
Step 1: Create the body. Using the pompom maker, make half a pompom. You may need to reshape the body with scissors and even out the bottom to help it stand.
Step 2: Create the antennae. Cut the chenille stems to 4 inches long, bend in half and glue the foam stickers to each end. Next, glue the bottom of the stem to the top of the yarn body. Let dry.
Step 3: Create the eyes. Take two eye pieces and glue them into position on top of the yarn, finishing the face. Let dry.
