Materials

• Yarn

• Large pompom maker

• Scissors

• Plastic wiggly eyes

• Foam St. Patrick’s Day stickers

• Chenille stems

• Tacky glue

Procedure

Step 1: Create the body. Using the pompom maker, make half a pompom. You may need to reshape the body with scissors and even out the bottom to help it stand.

Step 2: Create the antennae. Cut the chenille stems to 4 inches long, bend in half and glue the foam stickers to each end. Next, glue the bottom of the stem to the top of the yarn body. Let dry.

Step 3: Create the eyes. Take two eye pieces and glue them into position on top of the yarn, finishing the face. Let dry.
