Casey's Cupcakes shops in Orange County are selling a Tahitian vanilla cake with red, white and blue confetti baked in the cake. It's topped with vanilla frosting decorated with red, white and blue star-shaped jimmies, glitter and an American flag.

Bruegger's Bagels patriotic bagels are available by the dozen or individually. Available at bagel shops July 3-4.

Anaheim White House is offering a “George Washington Pasta Sampler” now through the July 4. Red: penne Amatriciana sauce with bacon, red onions and tomatoes; White: gnocchi with gorgonzola sauce; Blue: ravioli with blueberry sauce. Cost: $12.50 for appetizer $19.50 for main course.

Each year, Bruxie's culinary team celebrates the holiday by flying in live Maine lobsters to create their version of a New England lobster roll. It's available on Saturday, July 4, at all Orange County Bruxie locations. Come early. Stores will sell out. ARC in Costa Mesa is selling Liberty Belle cocktail over the July 4 weekend. Recipe: 1 1/2 oz. Lairds American Apple Brandy, 1 oz. Four Roses Bourbon, 1 oz. Carpano Antica sweet vermouth, 1/2 oz cane sugar syrup, 1/4 oz. lemon juice and a dash of bitters. It is shaken, then strained to remove ice chips. Topped with 1 oz. Virtue dry Michigan cider. In July, Baskin-Robbins shops nationwide are selling America's Birthday Cake flavor. It features strawberry and cake flavored ice creams, candy confetti-topped cake pieces, and a blue whipped cream ribbon. Bonus: Baskin-Robbins customers can upgrade their double scoop of ice cream with a free freshly-baked waffle cone during July, including this holiday weekend, the company said.
