Happy Birthday Girls!

Give your husband the gift of a good make-out session

With Christmas bearing down on us, now is the time you need some creative gift ideas.  Let me help you with that one person that is hard to buy for: The Husband.  I know he says, "Don't get me anything," but that's just just silly.  You have to get him something and you want it to be something good, no?  Something he'll use. Something like a mixed tape filled with nice make-out music.

These relics aren't what they appear to be--the mixed tape your boyfriend gave you in high school when you broke up with him--they are actually a slice of genius in this modern age.  They are USB thumb drives that plug right into your computer, they are just dressed up like your old friend The Mixed Tape. (Go here to order.)

So, here is what I suggest: Make your husband a mixed tape with all of your favorite make-out songs and the promise to use it in the near future.  No idea what tunes will set the mood?  Here is my list of Top 10 Make-Out Songs Of All-Time.

1.) Led Zeppelin "All of my love"

2.) Roxy Music  "More than this"

3.) Mazzy Star "Fade into you"

4.) When in Rome "The promise"

5.) Barry White "Never gonna give you up"

6.) Peter Gabriel "In your eyes"

7.) ColdPlay "The Scientist"

8.) Diana Krall "The look of love"

9.) Journey "Open arms"

10.) David Matthew Band "Crash into me"

Club_PackHere's another gift idea, this one for the kiddos. The Anaheim Ducks are offering their Wild Wingers Kids Club Kits for for just $20!

This is good for even the mild hockey fan.  It includes a GIANT poster of Corey Perry, a Ducks light-up pen,  Ducks hat and coupons for free kids' meals, discounts to The Discovery Center, Knott's Barry Farm and just so much more.  (Valued at $300.) Just type in the word "Holiday" when checking out.

My kids are Wild Wingers and included in the kit was a family open skate at The Honda Center. We went on Monday night. Here's my Whrrl story about it.

I love All of my Love but haven't heard on the radio anytime recently. Great songs. So you're bringing back the make out session (like the thank you wave in traffic)? Awesome.
