My interview with Tiana from the Princes and The Frog and also more info on how Disneyland Park visitors can be part of the Tiana's Showboat Jubilee! Yesterday I spent the day with some of my favorite people, Marcy from The Glamorous Life, Lisa from Babes in Disneyland and a whole cast of other characters--as in Disney Characters--at a Press Event at Disneyland to kick off their holiday season, introduce the new show Tiana's Showboat Jamboree, and also to tell us a little more about Disney's "Give a Day, Get a Day at Disney" promotion for 2010. I was able to shoot videos on all of these things, but wanted to start off with the Tiana's Showboat Jubilee! segment since my family and I got to participate in the show last weekend and I think it showcases my dorkiness the best. In the video above I'm talking to Disneyland Resort's Andre Rivas about the new show and then watch me spaz out with the cast. I also added some clips from the day we got to be in the show--check out Larry on the tambourine. Andre gives you some tips on how you can get a spot in the show. Click anywhere on the Whrrl story below to see my behind-the-scenes photos. The new show is performed from the Mark Twain right on the River's of America. You can catch it from the shores of Pirate's Lair at Tom Sawyer's Island or from New Orleans Square. Tiana is the new Princess from the movie The Princess and The Frog, which comes out on Dec. 11th. As Andre said, if you want to take your family and be a part of the show, hang out by the Mark Twain dock and hour before show time and cast members will choose guests at random. So fun. **** Here is my Whrrl from last weekend's blogger event which includes our trip on Tiana's Showboat Jubilee! ...and yes, I think I have more photos of me with Disney Characters than my kids... |
